Enterprise Account Executive - International
We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive - International to join our sales team in a full time, permanent role. This position will work almost exclusively on our PropertyBox brand.
Start date: April 2024.
Our Proposition to You
This is a chance to take on our first global sales role in a company with big ambitions. Operating across geographies, predominantly selling remotely, you will be responsible for landing PropertyBox contracts with the largest Estate Agency firms in the world. In exchange you’ll also be helping shape the future expansion of our company, working directly with the Chief Revenue Officer, and embarking on a significant opportunity for personal growth.
You don’t need a degree to apply, but you do need to clearly demonstrate an ability to win with Enterprise level customers and experience of the residential real estate/PropTech sectors.
What you’ll own
· International Enterprise Level Business Growth
What you’ll achieve
· Business growth for FocalAgent through sales of our SaaS product PropertyBox, to Enterprise customers around the world (Estate Agencies capable of listing more than 1000 properties per month)
· Creation of a strong reference base of Enterprise customers across the globe around which we can build our expansion plans
How you’ll do it
· Through development of an impressive business pipeline
· Being highly active
· Executing on a consistently and actively delivered sales strategy
· Being “the true CEO” of your customer relationships, the main figurehead and strategic owner of all business we do with them.
· Working with a consultative sales approach to establish relationships with customers, delivering outcomes that genuinely help their business.
· Maintaining a high level of industry and competitor knowledge in order to effectively lead and guide proposals into decision makers.
What you need
· Growth mindset and strong work ethic
· Passion for new business sales
· Demonstrable international sales track record
· Ability to take the initiative (if you like to be given prescriptive tasks this is not for you)
· Comfort operating at C-Suite
· Live in the UK with Right to Work
· Ability to travel occasionally internationally (including to stay away from home)
· Preferably a European language in addition to English
