Service and Sales Co-ordinator- Remote

Main responsibilities for the Service and Sales Co-ordinator

  • As a Service and Sales Co-ordinator, you will work closely with the Telecoms Operations Manager on a wide variety of IT System solutions for IT and Telecoms Sector clients.
  • Be a primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing client expectations.
  • Ensure excellent customer and supplier relationships are maintained, by being available for customer as and when required.
  • Daily management of a busy Service Desk, adhering to company rules and client SLA’s requirements.
  • Oversee the delivery of projects for clients ensuring we as a company meet and exceed their expectations.
  • Communicate with suppliers and partners to coordinate product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
  • Prepare and send quotations to customers based on their requirements and follow up on pending quotes.
  • Handle the end-to-end process of managing new telecoms and IT system orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Monitor B2B quotes mailbox for Hardware/Software distribution and raise quotation as when required.
  • Obtaining best price for customers from approved suppliers for IT Hardware/Software
  • Maintain CRM systems ensuring tickets are actioned and accurate information entered.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to sales and service operations, including filing, record-keeping, and documentation.
  • Stay up to date with the latest product and service offerings in the IT/Telecoms sector to provide accurate information to customers
  • Attendance at Quarterly team meetings involving travel to UK destinations.

Main Requirements for the Service and Sales Co-ordinator:

  • Minimum of 2 year’s previous experience in a Telecoms or IT sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and internal teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated, initiative with ability to build and maintain close working relationships with suppliers and customer.
  • Outgoing and confident personality with friendly manner and good sense of humour.
  • Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude in approaching challenging situations.
