The Marketing Co-ordinator will support the Director of Sales to develop and deploy marketing content, materials, and campaigns to increase brand awareness, recognition, value, and demand.
Close co-operation with the internal and external Sales teams, as well as liaison with the Information Technology departments will be required.
- The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for, but not limited to, the following tasks:
- With guidance from the Director of Sales develop, update, and maintain CCPI's website-
- Monitor and analyse CCPI website and social media output to optimise response and return on investment-
- With guidance from the Director of Sales develop, update, and maintain CCPI's marketing materials including, but not limited to, brochures, presentations, promotional gifts, multi-media content (video/animation), event marketing (exhibitions stands etc)-
- Promoting our products and services during events / conferences-
- Manage social media campaigns, creating regular content, organising distribution, and monitoring analytics through various channels including, but not limited to LinkedIn, X and Facebook.-
- Join and manage social media groups and professional platforms to promote industry-related topics-
- Gather customer feedback via customer surveys and customer thermometer and report the results-
- Seek opportunities for improvement and communicate these to line managerAny other reasonable task required of the Marketing Co-ordinator in their role.
- This is an important role within the organisation to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the marketing function. The Marketing Co-ordinator needs to become familiar with the current product and service portfolio as well as the introduction of new products, services, and software.
