The Role

We're seeking a highly driven and passionate individual to join our team as an Implementation Strategist. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in increasing timely access to mental health support for young people. Your excellent people skills, creativity, and resourcefulness will enable you to build strong relationships with stakeholders, share our products with families, and ensure our mental health tech reaches its target audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build values-based relationships with key stakeholders across education, health, and community settings to embed our offer into local pathways.
  • Product Advocacy: Share information about our products tailored for key audiences through written communications, digital and face-to-face presentations, and workshops.
  • Product Expertise: Be an expert in our products, inspiring families and professionals to utilize the service and understand how to best embed the offer into pathways.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and interpret available data to understand the impact of your work and inform future implementation strategies.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage risks to implementation from a service and product perspective, and address any roadblocks, identify root causes, define and activate solutions, and enlist cross-functional support to resolve.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and inspire colleagues to realize them.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, including stakeholder details, meeting notes, and tasks.
  • Customer Retention: Contribute to our overall customer retention strategy by ensuring successful implementation of the service offer.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify and qualify opportunities to improve revenue, working in close collaboration with sales/business development.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience: 3+ years working within education, health, or mental healthcare settings.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to create and maintain long-term relationships through regular re-engagement.
  • Presentation Skills
  • Multitasking: Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Attention to Detail: Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Team Collaboration: Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as Sales/Business Development, Product, Marketing, and Service Delivery.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Google Suite applications.
  • Start-up Experience: Start-up experience and any digital marketing experience would be a bonus.

Working Pattern

We encourage applications from all across the UK, ideally within commuting distance from London. Applicants will be expected to co-work with the team regularly at our co-working space in central London.

Benefits

  • Salary: Salary dependent on experience within the range £25,000 - £35,000 PA.
  • Annual Leave: 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays and access to our pension scheme.
  • Contract: Contract full-time, permanent (we can discuss flexible hours).
