Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) for the first year, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role

Salary: £100,000+ base salary with a minimum double OTE. Share options available after a certain tenure.

Their all-in-one software platform is designed to streamline and optimize business operations, enhancing efficiency and productivity for accounting firms globally.



Head of Sales (International) (Accounting & Tax SAAS) - Role Overview:



The Head of Sales (International) will be instrumental in expanding the company's footprint across international markets, focusing on the UK, Europe, and APAC and others. This position involves managing a talented team of country managers and driving sales strategies to achieve significant revenue growth. Alongside leveraging some of your own previous relationships to add value to the rest of the team.



Head of Sales (International) (Accounting & Tax SAAS) - Key Responsibilities:



  • Leadership and Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of country managers across the UK, Europe, and APAC to achieve sales objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to each region to drive business growth and market penetration.
  • Cultivate a high-performance sales culture focused on achieving and exceeding targets.


  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand the company’s international presence.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product development teams to enhance the sales process and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, adapting sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge.



  • Performance and Reporting:
  • Set clear performance targets and KPIs for the sales team, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the executive team on sales performance, challenges, and strategic opportunities.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to inform strategic planning and decision-making.




Head of Sales (International) (Accounting & Tax SAAS) - Qualifications and Experience:



  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the SaaS Accounting & Tax world.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and scaling international sales teams across diverse regions.
  • Strong understanding of the UK, European, and APAC markets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and navigate different cultural contexts effectively.
