Are you looking for a new opportunity? Our long-standing client is looking for a Business Administrator to join their team.
Business Administrator Roles and Responsibilities:
- Taking inbound and outbound telephone calls from customers and clients
- Managing an inbox
- Offering office support to allow other team members to work smoothly
- Using internal database to input customer orders
- Maintaining files and the company database
- Booking in visitors to the company site
- Assist with the warranty process and delivery paperwork
The ideal Business Administrator will:
- 4 GCSE’s including Math’s and English Level 4 or equivalent
- Business admin and office environment/Customer service experience
- Be IT literate with experience using ERP/ MRP systems
- Be comfortable and confident liaising with customers and clients over the phone
Working Hours:
- Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
