ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Sales Director to work alongside the CEO, leading the company sales strategy and to be at the forefront of a growth opportunity during a time of expansion. You will execute and oversee new business and cross selling opportunities with investors and develop and grow first class relationships. JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to attract and secure institutional investors for our EM Private Market funds.
  • Identify and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Present our fund offerings to prospective investors, highlighting their value and impact.
  • Conduct market research to identify competitive landscape, trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the team to create sales materials and campaigns.
  • Manage the sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Represent Impactable at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, from qualifying to closing new business.
  • Strong understanding of investor types, competitor landscape, and private markets.
  • Technical knowledge of regulation and product structures across jurisdictions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage a wide variety of prospects.
  • Detail-oriented, with CRM proficiency, and a desire to improve process efficiency.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and eagerness to work in a fast-paced start-up.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.


This is a full-time position. The role is hybrid; typically requiring two days in Guildford, Surrey. Flexible work arrangements considered. Competitive salary scheme, with performance-based incentives.
