Home Claims Administrator - Starting Salary of £23,900

You will play a key support role to our Home Claims Operation and contribute towards our Customer & Cost metrics.

A bit about the job:

We are currently looking for multiple Home Claims Administrators to become an integral part of this exciting new venture for the Home Claims Operations team.

As a Claims Administrator in our Home Claims Operation, you will provide administrative support to our Claims Handling Teams, including some voice contact with customers on administrative tasks. You will be part of a team and work closely with the wider operation to support good cost & customer outcomes.

Full training will be provided for this role, but previous exposure to administrative processes and systems would be helpful.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work at pace and multi-task.
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to understand and articulate data.
  • Knowledge of Home Claims processes & systems or similar relevant experience (preferred, but not essential)

  • Starting salary of £23,900 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
