Our client is a rapidly expanding Global digital first business which targets broadcasts and broadcast associations. It has evolved onto one of the most innovative tech / SaaS global businesses contacting VOD, CTV and Broadcast content and data. Having experienced rapid growth over the last 10 years they are now looking for an individual contributor to build their business in Europe


We are looking to recruit an experienced Publisher Development Director to manage a large sales team for our client, an expanding Media Owner.


A background in Digital Media / broadcast. You must have contacts at Broadcasters and Broadcast organisations.


With ultimate responsibility for revenue growth, candidates should be sales-focused and be able to demonstrate an impressive track record in business development. You will also manage a marketing person and together build a marketing strategy.


This is a senior strategic role, but the candidate is expected to close deals and work closely with the founder. Its an exciting opportunity to build a great business within Europe using a consultative sell.


Requirements;

-A media background with great understanding of the Broadcast industry

-A can do consultative sales approach with a proof of closing Deals

-SaaS and strategic sales experience

-Experience of managing a marketing person and a marketing strategy

-Strategic expertise

-High-level contacts within Broadcasters across Europe

-Multi-platform experience, including Digital.

-Internal and External stakeholder management experience

-P+L, Budgeting,Forecasting


Please note, a Digital Media background and agency sales experience is essential.
