Description

  • Manage and maintain contractual documentation to ensure compliance
  • Regularly liaise with the construction team and subcontractors
  • Handle incoming queries and provide relevant information
  • Maintain a well-organised filing system for all project documents
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Facilitate efficient communication between various departments
  • Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the Construction department

Profile

A successful Commercial Administrator should have:

  • A strong understanding of administration within the property industry
  • Proficiency in document control and handling
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with multiple stakeholders
  • Competence in using office software, including MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a construction team
