The role

We are looking for a highly experienced Growth Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving growth strategies for our clients and assisting with our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and a proven track record of driving growth.

Location

Our studio is based in the infamous old Larry’s Piano Bar on Bedford Street in Belfast. It was a wild place back then. Thankfully a bit more relaxed these days.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies tailored to our clients’ business objectives.
  • Implement digital marketing campaigns, content, SEO and PPC
  • Identify and capitalise on new opportunities for clients, including partnerships and collaborations.
  • Create and execute effective marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive lead generation and brand awareness for our clients.
  • Collaborate with the creative and technical teams to ensure the seamless delivery of marketing services to clients.
  • Analyse market trends and client needs to tailor our services and solutions for maximum impact.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of growth marketing initiatives for clients and adjust strategies as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing and managing campaigns preferably within an agency.
  • Google Certified (Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving marketing targets for clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
