The Role
We are looking for a Contract/Operations Manager to join our renewable energy client.
This a brand new role within the team, so your ideas and role will be at the forefront of enhancing the operations and contract management.
You'll get an opportunity to build a small team dedicated to contract management and performance improvement.
You'll be:
- Enhancing BAU Procedures, leading initiatives to improve quality and compliance of the current contract management practices.
- Equip managers with the tools and knowledge to lead effective governance and use performance metrics.
- Manage contract management projects using effective programme management practices.
- Cultivate relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
About You
- Strong understanding of business finances and their operational impact.
- Proven experience in delivering multi-workstream contract management.
- Ability to consolidate complex data into actionable insights.
- Focused on results and able to drive others towards achieving goals.
- Experience in motivating and managing a team.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
