Role : Digital Project Manager - Business Transition (Condor Project )Contract : 12 month FTCShift pattern: WeekdaysPattern : Full TimeHours : 37.5Location : NottinghamClosing date: 7th November 2025Recruitment Partner: Matthew NelliganAbout the roleThe role is critical to ensuring the Digital Transformation programme (Condor) lands successfully for business teams and our customers. It will co-ordinate all associated business transition activities across Digital Marketing Healthcare Stores and Supply Chain and will work closely with IT to create and deliver a release plan for our business. You will work with specialists in Business Change Business Architecture Digital Product and our business SMEs to ensure all activities are identified and organised into the business delivery plan for the release(s) for which you are responsible. Youll then ensure these plans are delivered identifying and addressing risks and issues as needed working closely with the Condor & Digital leadership teams.The role reports to the Head of Business Transition. The role has no direct reports but works closely with a large number of people across the programme and organisation.
