We have a fabulous opportunity to joinSt Martins Lanein our Front Office team as aFront Office Manager.

You will oversee the Front Office team, ensuring that you lead from the front incorporating our hotel culture and values.You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards, implementing standard operating procedures, and cultivating a positive work environment.

To be successful in this role we ask that you have:

  • Previous experience as a Front Office Manager essential
  • Previous experience in a 4/5 star hospitality environment
  • Ability and skills to lead and direct teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high pressure environment.
  • Keen eye for detail.
