Front Office Receptionist/ Manager
Requirements /Skills;
  • Pleasing personality
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, must be organized and be able to multi-task. Must be discreet.
  • Efficiency in handling common software used in an office such as MS Excel, Outlook.
  • Quickbooks.
  • Good negotiating skills, management and analytical skills
  • Should be able to understand requirements of patients and provide satisfactory help to the patients.
Responsibilities: -
  • Keep all patient files organized and to maintain the front office.
  • File medical records and handle administrative duties, such as answering phones and scheduling appointments.
  • Manage the database of Patients and the services provided to them, daily transactions of the business etc.
  • Transcribing Audiology reports, checking documents before sending to Doctors and patients.
  • Managing Invoices to patients, healthcare insurance companies and solicitors.
