Provide expert application of Pat McGrath Lab cosmetics products from everyday looks to special eventsWith training provided we expect you to maintain specialised product knowledge and reinforce the Pat McGrath application techniques with your teamAccountable for achieving sales goalsAnalyse sales and create strategies with management to consistently meet and exceed goalsAn expert in cosmetics you will share your knowledge to provide our customers with exceptional and personalised serviceWork as part of a team focused on creating a memorable customer experience. From selling and replenishing stock cashing up and organising rails to hosting you understand there is more to the customer experience than just selling Manage customer feedback and use it constructively to continually raise the bar for service sales and retail standardsAdapt to the challenges that vary from day to day. A flexible role you may be required to work on different departments taking your service excellence and collaborative spirit with youUse your natural curiosity to stay ahead of the latest trends by taking every opportunity to expand your knowledge of products and competitors Own the planning and delivery of in-store eventsReplenish stock as needed and keep testers and counter clean and attractive to ensure the brand is presented at the highest levelAbility to build a clientele and model excellent customer serviceUnderstand and follow health safety and security procedures and play an active role in preventing stock lossEnsure compliance with all policies and proceduresChampion our company culture and valuesQualifications : The person.Experienced Lead Makeup Artist with a minimum of 2 years experienceAbility to perform makeup applications that align with the brand service menuConfidently connects artistry and education to salesSocial/digital portfolio of work with significant following preferredComprehensive knowledge of current beauty trends and latest productsA great communicator. You will be able to positively engage with all customers with varying needs and requirementsWell Informed. You will develop excellent product knowledge by following trends and being aware of our competitors activity along with taking part in brand trainingKnown to be a sales and service expert. Youll use these skills to deliver the extraordinary each and every time and take the initiative to provide additional services where appropriate Assist clients with product knowledge makeup applications and purchases with the brand and throughout the storeFlexible. Responsive to business needs you are happy and comfortable to take responsibility for tasks that may go beyond the role expectationA confident coach and self-driven to upskill and learn.
