This role is about more than coordinationits about building strong partnerships understanding each sites unique needs and delivering consistent service excellence. Youll work closely with on-site teams resolve client queries with care and drive continuous improvements that add real value. Its a role where strategic thinking meets hands-on leadership and where your ability to balance priorities directly impacts client satisfaction and business success Key DutiesConducting regular site audits and ensuring high cleaning standardsBuilding and managing strong client relationshipsHandling HR processes (investigations disciplinary hearings performance management)Overseeing payroll and supporting staff scheduling and cleaning specificationsSupporting budgeting and identifying upsell opportunities for periodic worksAssisting the Service Manager with day to day operationsLeading training and onboarding for new staffEnsuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations including auditing measuresConducting monthly reports and client facing presentationsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced hands-on role with a flexible problem-solving mindsetWho are youYou are a detail-oriented and motivated Multi-Site Account Manager with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
