Our commitment to excellence and high standards has made us a trusted name in the industry. They are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Administrator to join our team in Brighton.

Job Description: As a Site Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of the clients residential projects. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills and a background in managing live, occupied residential buildings. You will be the backbone of the site team, ensuring all administrative tasks are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the site management team.
  • Coordinate and manage site documentation, including contracts, plans, and reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of site activities, ensuring all paperwork is up-to-date and filed correctly.
  • Liaise with residents, contractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and address any issues promptly.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating site meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Monitor and manage site inventory and order necessary supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Handle any other administrative tasks as required by the site management team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Site Administrator or similar role, specifically in live residential occupied buildings.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with construction management software is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction.
