Role:


As the Inside Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading, motivating and managing a growing team of 6-9 Sales Representatives to begin with.


Other responsibilities include:


  • Provide clear direction and support your team to achieve success
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve business objectives, including headcount planning, campaign design, lead allocation and target setting
  • Partner with key stakeholders across the organisation to ensure alignment of priorities and deliver on customer promises
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Utilise market insights to adapt sales strategies and tactics, ensuring the company remains competitive and responsive to customer needs
  • Communicate the team’s goals, progress and challenges effectively to leadership
  • Coach, mentor and develop sales team members, providing ongoing feedback, upskilling opportunities and performance evaluations


Requirements:


  • Educated to degree level
  • Proven experience in B2B Sales, Account Management or Customer success (essential)
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a people manager, demonstrating leadership and coaching skills (essential)
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Reporting and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets highly desirable
