As a recruitment resourcer, you will be required to
Sourcing candidates for new vacancies
Speaking to candidates and conducting in-depth telephone interviews
Supporting Senior Consultants within the team to help find candidates the right candidates for roles they are recruiting for.
Logging new candidate details onto our systems and creating online files
Experience / Skillset required for this role
Excellent communication skills
Professional phone maner
A passion for recruitment and the desire for career development
Experience of screening candidate
Previous experience of working in a recruitment setting either as a Recruiter or HR Officer, Resourcer etc.
