About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Resourcer to join our team at Hunter Knight Recruitment Ltd. As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be responsible for sourcing and selecting top talent for our clients in the technical, engineering, and manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resourcing for permanent positions, utilizing CV Library, Total Jobs, and LinkedIn to find suitable candidates
  • Outbound calling candidates to discuss job opportunities
  • Formatting CVs to send to clients
  • Account management and building strong relationships with clients and candidates
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or resourcing for permanent roles, preferably in technical, engineering, or automotive sectors
  • Proven track record of filling jobs and working in a target-driven environment
  • Strong IT, written, administration, and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates
  • Confidence in making outbound calls and writing job adverts
  • Honest and open approach when dealing with candidates and clients
What We Offer

We offer a fun and relaxed work environment, flexible working hours, and a competitive salary range of £22,000 - £30,000+ depending on experience and monthly billing ability. We also offer a generous commission scheme of 15-20% on a sliding scale.
