Vice President - Global HEOR & RWE Strategy (US or UK based)


An exciting leadership opening and opportunity to join one of most innovative and exciting healthcare consulting firms around. This position will give you the chance to take on a visible role at the heart of the companies core business offerings, leading large accounts, managing clients, utilizing your expertise in the HEOR & RWE space, joining and overseeing a well resourced team of SME's, developing other Director's, having a high degree of autonomy when it comes to growth strategy, offering developing and BD/sales.


Whilst this role has a sales and client management element, it's critical that the candidate also has a solid understanding of and vast experience in leading HEOR and RWE consulting deliverables.


*Key Responsibilities:*

- Conduct strategic consultations with new and existing clients (many MSA's and established accounts to utilize)

- Manage client relationships and engagements

- Develop new client connections

- Drive BD/sales, lead growth strategy and offering enhancement/development

- Mentor and supervise senior team members

- Stay updated on industry trends and scientific advancements

- Represent the company at international conferences

- Foster a positive work environment and maintain a healthy people focused culture as the company continues to grow


*Ideal profile:*

- 10-20 years of consulting/relevant industry experience in RWE/HEOR

- Master’s or PhD in a relevant discipline

- Proficiency in/leadership over HEOR and RWE observational research methods

- Global and US RWE & HEOR experience highly desirable (US critical to be considered)

- People leadership skills and line management experience

- Track record of driving sales and expanding/developing clients in a consultancy setting
