Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business and renewals in the SaaS cybersecurity market.
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure team members meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and executive teams to align sales strategies with company objectives and fuel market expansion.
- Cultivate long-term client relationships through a customer-first approach, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Actively engage in direct sales, managing key accounts and closing high-value deals.
Requirements:
- Proven success in SaaS sales within the cybersecurity sector, with a strong track record of exceeding revenue targets in complex sales environments.
- Experience leading and scaling high-impact sales teams, with a proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth.
- Strong strategic thinking, with a hands-on approach to selling and closing deals, and exceptional communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
