National Field Sales Manager – Global Drinks Business – Up to £80,000 – National

Following the back of double digit growth, they are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Field Sales Manager to lead their sales team and drive the growth of their premium spirits portfolio. This role is pivotal in enhancing team performance, providing outstanding training, and refining our onboarding systems to ensure every team member succeeds. This role will directly impact the key performance indicators of the business and report directly into the Head of Sales.

National Field Sales Manager responsibilities include:

  • Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing national field sales team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Create and deliver exceptional training programs to elevate team skills and knowledge.
  • Enhance and refine onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new team members.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, providing insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the team.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to maximize brand presence and performance.

The Ideal National Field Sales Manager candidate:

  • Proven experience in field sales management and team leadership within a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve ambitious targets.
  • Exceptional training and development skills, with a passion for mentoring and coaching.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to refine processes for maximum efficiency.
  • A proactive and positive approach, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Experience in the spirits, beverages, or FMCG sectors is a significant advantage.
