Day to Day of the role:

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers to convert interest into sales and schedule installation dates.
  • Provide clear information about the benefits of full fibre, addressing any potential concerns, such as property access.
  • Schedule and conduct follow-up calls to resolve any outstanding questions or concerns.
  • Process all necessary paperwork, including direct debit mandates, and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with product updates, industry trends, and competitors’ offerings, sharing insights with the team to enhance training and product development.
  • Occasionally make outbound calls to different audiences, including existing customers, to promote products and services.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related field sales role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Resilience in the face of rejection.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and other sales tools.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary with the potential to earn up to £50,000 OTE.

Working Hours:

  • Shift patterns covering peak conversion times from 12pm-8pm, and Saturdays from 10am-1pm.
  • Office-based role.
