French Speaking Customer Service Advisor

French/UK Speaking Customer advisor role (Hybrid)You will be joining a company that specialises in the provision of fully digitised subscription services for their clients. The company provides a full end-to-end service for their clients from implementing the subscription service, managing the subscription service and providing in-depth insights to their customers purchasing habits. The roleThe role of the French/UK Speaking Customer Service Advisor will be to assist customers who are contacting you regarding their current subscription, answer any questions they may have and amend as and when required. You must speak fluent in French and English. Your duties will include, but not be limited to:* Answering inbound calls and emails* Answer customer queries* Resolve any customer issues to the best you can* Liaise with internal and external departments where requiredIn return, the Customer Service Advisor will receive:Perks and Benefits:* Competitive Salary: £24,544 * Hours: 40 hours per week across our opening times with 1 in 3 Saturdays. Our opening times are Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm and Saturdays 8am - 6pm.* Once the candidate then joins the French Team, they will be working Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm* City Centre Location: Work in the heart of Glasgow with excellent transport links.* Annual Leave: 21 days, rising to 24 with service, plus 8 public holidays.* Discounts: Avail discounts at various high street retailers and restaurants.* Complimentary Tea, Coffee, and Cereal: Recharge with complimentary tea, coffee, and cereal options available in the office kitchen.* Health Cash Plan: Prioritise your well-being with our health cash plan.About youIn order to be considered for the role of Customer Service Advisor, the successful candidate will be able to easily converse in fluent French and have good customer service experience from a call/contact centre environment.
