Based in Omagh we are seeking an experienced administration assistant to work for a leading supplier of bespoke products to markets throughout UK, Europe and Middle East Do you thrive in a busy office environment? The role: You will have strong administration experience along with a natural flair for consistently meeting customer expectations. Managing and maintaining accurate records on Sage Accounts. Reconciling all company bank accounts, credit cards and making payments. Maintain records of all customer sales transactions Chase up outstanding payments. Making payments to suppliers. Liaising with suppliers regarding queries and return of goods. Assisting with stock takes. Arrange travel, accommodation and parking for site fitters Manage all orders and provide customer quotes and work orders for production. Produce weekly planning schedules/reports After Care Sales follow up with customers Essential: Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages MS Excel, Word & Outlook Desirable: Previous finance experience. Working knowledge of accountancy tasks requiring minimal supervision.
