  • Gross OTE Salary package: circa£39,000 (+share of serv. chge + targeted bonus)
  • Weekly working hours / days48 hours /5 days

Your role involves skillful preparation of complex Indian cuisine dishes and specialities specific to the regional theme of the establishent and its menus. You will be responsible for a series of kitchen operational duties commensurate with job role, including training and supervising of Commi Chefs and other junior kitchen staff

To qualify for selection you must have the following minimum requirements: -

  • Eligibility to live and work in UK
  • Experience in the preparation of authentic high quality Indian dishes & Specialties
  • Technical knowledge of ingredient quality, sourcing, measuring & formulation
  • Industrial training in a world renowned culinary/hospitality institute such as Taj, Oberoi, ITC or similar
  • Previous experience of at least 3 years in this role + min 5 years of prior experience in escalating job roles
  • Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols
  • Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour
