**40 Hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm**

**What you will do**:

- Manage Hire Desk to process all on / off hires in timely manner
- Coordinate logistics team to ensure customer delivery and collection expectations are met and are carried out in a cost-effective manner
- Liaise with De-fleet Manager on disposal of used vehicles
- Manage the space on site effectively regarding storage of vehicles
- Coordinate with Branch Manager on prioritisation of workshop jobs
- Coordinate with Branch Manager regarding end of life damage
- Manage PCN fine process and other ancillary costs
- Adhere to all Health and Safety requirements

**What you will need**:

- Previous rental or motor trade experience preferred
- Knowledge of ProHire and/or Kerridge is advantageous
- Understanding of vehicle rental/contract hire/leasing/vehicle funding
- Work as a team and confidently on your own
- Ability to identify and resolve issues
- Good negotiating skills and confident building relationships
- Excellent computer skills and ability to collate and analyse data
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Self-motivated and can manage multiple requirements and demands effectively.
- Willingness to learn
