Join our team as a Technical Lead in Bristol This hybrid role reports to the Head of Technology Services and requires office attendance at least two days a week. Technical Proficiency:

  • Previous experience in similar role with strong leadership.

  • Microsoft Azure cloud services, including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Networking, Azure Active Directory, Azure Storage, and Azure Security.

Technical Lead Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot Problems: Proactive and reactive issue resolution.
  • Implement Upgrades: Work with third parties to upgrade and deliver new products.
  • Change Control: Test and deploy changes to minimize disruption.
  • Research and Recommend: Investigate solutions and provide designs.

  • Continuous Improvement: Keep technology current and document knowledge.
  • Lead Business Continuity: Oversee technical aspects during continuity events.
  • Plan Upgrades: Manage product upgrade roadmaps.
