We are urgently seeking a Purchasing Support professional to provide immediate assistance within our Purchasing Department. This role offers a varied workload and the opportunity to be part of an expanding team. While initially temporary, there is a strong likelihood for the position to become permanent.
Day-to-day of the role:- Liaising with site personnel to take orders and ensure accurate fulfilment.
- Processing and updating orders on the COINS system.
- Communicating with suppliers and site teams to send and confirm orders.
- Previous experience in purchasing or buying is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using COINS or similar procurement software.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Competitive pay with flexibility based on experience.
- Hybrid working model to support work-life balance.
- Opportunity for a temporary role to transition into a permanent position within a growing company.
