As the new Facilities Coordinator, you will play a central role in handling building upkeep, repairs, and service coordination to ensure operations run smoothly, safely, and securely, supporting the organisation's goals while ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the upkeep and maintenance of company facilities, including building systems and outdoor spaces.
- Coordinate external service providers for planned maintenance (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs for audit purposes.
- Ensure compliance with building safety regulations and company policies.
- Oversee inventory, waste management, and emergency response plans.
To be successful:
- Proven experience in facilities coordination.
- Knowledge of building systems, health, and safety regulations.
- Excellent organisational skills and record-keeping abilities.
- Experience working with vendors, contractors, and property managers.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety protocols
