Facilities Coordinator

The Facilities Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the organisation's facilities. This position involves coordinating day-to-day activities related to building services, maintenance, repairs, safety, and compliance. The ideal candidate will act as a point of contact for employees and contractors, ensuring that the workplace is functional, safe, and well-maintained.
Responsibilities for the Facilities Coordinator
- Oversee the routine maintenance of the building, equipment, and systems.
- Coordinate and schedule repairs, preventive maintenance, and regular inspections.
- Manage facility cleaning services, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of the office space.
- Record documentation from a risk assessment perspective that is in line with company regulations.
To qualify for the Facilities Coordinator, you will need:
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritise and resolve issues.
- Proactive nature, with the willingness to take on tasks.
