Description

Profile
A successful HRBP should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Experience in strategic and operational HR roles
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and legislation
- Experience in change management and organisational development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
