Your new role
The company is searching for 2 Office Administrators within the Cemeteries and General Admin teams, to assist in the run-up to Christmas with the potential to be extended into the new year. This role will involve directly supporting colleagues and directors within the office and working as part of a team. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am – ;Your new role will consist of the following:
Preparing letters from templatesUsing plans/registers to find plots and keep registers updatedUpdating paperwork with invoice numbers
FilingTelephone callsBooking in funerals with the diary/updating calendars
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in securing this position, you should have strong administration skills, an exceptional telephone manner, excellent in Microsoft packages, including Excel and a great desire to help others. Alongside this, the successful candidate must demonstrate high levels of accuracy, be self-motivated and illustrate your own initiative. Previous experience is essential to really hit the ground ;
It is important to ensure that applicants must have a calm temperament and ability to deal with calls of a sensitive nature with empathy and compassion, respecting confidentiality due to the delicate nature of the service.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will have the opportunity to join a large, public sector organisation. You will receive weekly pay at an hourly rate between £ #xA3; PAYE. This role is a temporary position for a period of 2 months initially. There will be an opportunity for this to be extended or even made permanent dependent on performance and business needs. You will be working Monday–Friday, 9am-5pm, based in Poulton-le-Fylde, not far from the train station.
