This is a newly created, standalone HR Manager role responsible for developing and overseeing all HR functions within the firm. Key Responsibilities:

- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to both employees and management on HR-related matters.
- Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance appraisal processes, including goal setting, feedback, and professional development plans.
- Compliance: Ensure the company’s HR policies and practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including labor laws and health and safety standards.
- Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- HR Operations: Maintain employee records, manage HR budgets, and oversee payroll processing in coordination with the finance team.
- Culture and Engagement: Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement, foster a positive work environment, and promote a culture of collaboration and excellence.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ideally 5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within the financial services or investment management industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
