About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at The Paul Mellon Centre. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization and creating an inclusive and inspirational workplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that align with our organization's mission and values.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to senior leadership on HR-related matters, including employment law, employee relations, and talent management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees, managers, and external partners to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our HR practices.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager in a similar organization, with a strong track record of delivering results and driving business outcomes.
  • Advanced Level 7 qualification in HR or a related field, and CIPD membership.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
