The Paul Mellon Centre is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to our staff. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing HR initiatives that align with our organization's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's mission and goals
- Provide guidance and support to staff on HR-related matters
- Recruit, train, and develop HR staff
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts
- Develop and implement policies and procedures
- Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide feedback
- Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and regulations
- Advanced degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
