Technical Customer Support Engineer | Audio / Broadcast Technology | West Yorkshire | HYBRID | up to £35k DOE



Due to continued growth and success, our client is looking to take on an experienced Technical Customer Support Engineer, to support the use of their cutting-edge audio broadcast mixing equipment, used by some of the world's most high-profile events and institutions, such as the BBC, World Cup, Glastonbury, Super Bowl.



As a Customer Support Engineer, you will need at least 3 years of industry experience, assisting customers, in either technical support or 1st line and knowledge of mixing consoles.

In return, you'll have the opportunity to build a career and gain valuable experience working with top-tier organisations, and once established, you can travel to exciting destinations like Japan, Australia, the Middle East, and South America.



Requirements:

  • 3 years plus experience in 1st or 2nd line or technical customer support
  • Experience and knowledge of audio Mixing experience is essential
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols such as IP, TCP, UDP, RTP, and RTSP.
  • Proficiency in LAN configuration and experience with Switches/Routers (VLAN, ACL, etc.).
  • Possession of a professional IT networking qualification (CCNA/CCNP or equivalent).
  • Excellent computer literacy and ability to navigate various software tools.
