Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working closely with the leadership team you will be responsible for optimising the CRM System to enhance sales and customer experience

Full time:Permanent role, Mon - Fri (2 days home-based)

Location: Solihull (Near NEC, B37)

Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 dependant on experience

  • Ensure conversion focussed customer interactions from initial contact to post purchase
  • Develop and manage workflows with the CRM System
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to align CRM activities with overall goals and strategies
  • Analyse customer data to generate insights to improve customer experience
  • Monitor and report on CRM metrics
  • Create and manage automated marketing campaigns
  • Train and support team(s) in CRM best practices and usage
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies

What we need from you…

  • Proven experience in a CRM Manager or similar position
  • Extensive working knowledge of various CRM systems, including Hubspot
  • Proficient in using Hubspot and marketing automation tools
  • Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Proven project management and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of data privacy and best practices
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate amongst all stakeholders
