Role Purpose & Responsibility
The Operational Development Team drives the understanding and resourcing of customer interactions across all customer facing teams through data analysis and interpretation, whilst identifying and maximising service improvements through digital projects. This is achieved through technology or process review with a focus on user needs, organisational reputation, income generation and cost avoidance.
Main Duties
- To help support and monitor key systems managed within the team
- To create, update and review customer and staff facing forms
- To monitor and review telephony call flows
- To update website and Intranet sites ensuring plain English is used and accessibility guidelines are followed
- To review outputs of front facing technology to ensure it is kept current and in clear formats
- Participate in various technology development projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes and customer satisfaction
Essential Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Providing excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Excellent working knowledge of office products such as Word and Excel
- Must have at least maths and English at GCSE level
