About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Female Smart Metering Apprentice. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our goal of energising a greener, fairer future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and repair smart meters to ensure our customers receive accurate and reliable energy data.
  • Work with our customers to understand their energy needs and provide expert advice on how to reduce their energy consumption.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement new energy efficiency solutions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.

  • A competitive starting salary of £15,435 rising to £23,877 at week 52 of your apprenticeship, with further increases during this time.

Requirements
  • 4 GCSEs, ideally including Maths & English, at grade C/4 or above or a recognised equivalent.
  • A genuine passion for learning a trade and providing excellent customer service.
  • A full UK driving licence with 6 points or less.
  • Availability to attend training at one of our four UK academies, with accommodation and travel provided if needed.
