Personal Assistant to Managing Director - Central LondonMy client is a highly recognised name in the sector with a fantastic reputation, a long history and a global presence. They are looking for a Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director within their Prime buying solutions team. Salary: Up to £40,000 + benefitsWorking Hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 5.30pm Contract: Full time | Permanent Work schedule: On-site - full time.As the PA you will be provide top level, proactive one to one support to the Managing Director and also another Director in the ream. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a similar PA/ EA role, ideally working on Real Estate. If you have experience working in the Prime Central London market, this is highly desired but not essential.  Key Responsibilities: 
    • Manage incoming calls on behalf of the Directors. 
    • Extensive diary management 
    • Arrange meetings and pitches promptly and courteously, including collating pitch materials.
    • Conduct relevant research as needed.
    • Assist in writing property reports, ensuring due diligence by collating information on neighbors, planning, local amenities, transport, location maps, Land Registry documents, and other relevant data for each report.
    • Ensure team compliance with all aspects of Anti-Money Laundering Rules & Regulations.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases (Reapit) and paperless filing/archiving systems.
    • Manage expenses, invoices, and referrals, processing them for payment.
    • Perform ad-hoc typing and minute-taking.
    • Handle personal administration for the Managing Director and manage other projects as they arise.
    • Liaise with PR and marketing teams regarding event creation, meetings, and corporate hospitality.
    • Create presentations and arrange quarterly company meetings.
    • Coordinate with other offices and Country House Department PAs.
    • Update the company website and communicate with the in-house social media team and PR consultant.
    • Provide support to colleagues as needed to cover holidays and sickness periods.
    • Perform additional duties as required.
    Ideal skills and experience required:
    • 3+ years of experience as a PA, ideally supporting more than one person.
    • Ability to act professionally and maintain confidentiality at all times.
    • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
    • Confident in managing travel arrangements.
    • Capable of working independently and using initiative for maximum results.
    • Ability to work under pressure and across different time zones.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Experience in diary management.
    • Preferred experience with financial tools (My Purchasing & Billings Portal).
    • Preferred experience with CRM systems (specifically Dynamics and Reapit).
    • Good numerical skills.
    • Team player
    • Professional and warm telephone manner
    • Meticulous 
    • Confident liaising with senior management.
    • Takes pride in  cares about standards and delivering high quality work.
