Your role willbe to provide an exceptional level of administrative support to the team andour managers. You will assist in improving our employee experience and supportin enabling St Austell Brewery to remain a great place to work. You will managethe administrative process for the full Employee Life Cycle, you will shareresponsibility for data insight as well as being involved in project work.

Yournew role

  • Creating and sendingoffer letters and contracts for internal recruitment or contract changes, wherepossible using technology to generate efficiencies i.e. with AdobeSign.
  • Maintaininge-personnel files, ensuring records are accurate and data is held in line withGDPR requirements. Organising data files and where necessary archivingdocuments which are out of date.
  • Carry out audits andtrack Right to Work Compliance.
  • Completion of ELI,transfer of records and all other admin and data activities for TUPE.
  • Acting as the firstline of support to candidates, employees, Managers and Directors, answeringqueries where possible and signposting to a member of the team if required
  • Preparation forHRIS/Payroll System and data cleansing.
  • Supporting withproject work as and when required, including provision of data and reports ifrequired. Continually challenge the way we do things and seek out opportunitiesfor improvement

About you

  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • Attention to detail with ability to work autonomously and within a team
  • Confident problem solving skills
  • Previous experience within an admin role in a HR department would be advantageous
  • Proficient using MS Office packages
