Essential Requirements for the Role

- **SEO Experience:** Proven experience managing tools such as WordPress, SEMRush, and others.

- **Marketing Experience:** At least 4 years of marketing experience within a B2B business.

- **Performance Marketing:** Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.

- **Analytic Tools:** In-depth experience with website analytic tools.

- **Graphic Design Tools:** Use and understanding of graphic design tools such as Canva/Adobe Suite.

- **A/B Testing:** Experience with A/B testing across campaigns to provide success metrics.

- **Google Analytics:** Proficiency in utilizing Google Analytics.

- **IT Industry Experience:** Ideally, some experience within the IT industry.

- **Marketing Processes:** Solid understanding of marketing processes and campaign delivery.

- **Innovation:** Ability to create ideas and introduce new tools to streamline marketing tasks.

- **Campaign Execution:** Experience running campaigns with partners and suppliers utilizing SEO.
