New Forest Care are looking for an experienced Digital Brand Marketer to plan, execute, and deliver all agreed digital marketing for New Forest Care. We are looking to maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels and then to identify, analyse, and measure trends. This will help you to assess how well your contents is performing, along with giving you the information to optimise user experience. You will create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content.

**Core Requirements of the Post**
- To work closely with key business areas to develop marketing strategies to attract new applicants.
- Collaborate with team members to develop content for use on social media platforms, media monitoring to identify trends, relevant news in the industry.
- To be involved in offline marketing campaigns and events, as required, to integrate with the online activity.
- To work to NFC established brand identity.
- To get involved in planning, creating, running, and monitoring multi-channel campaigns to attract and retain potential staff, using your own and industry insights where appropriate.
- To support updating and maintaining content and imagery on the NFC website and other relevant websites, when required.
- To learn how to analyse and interpret data on a variety of topics including Google Analytics and the effectiveness of campaigns.
- To help source information and present it in a variety of formats including content for websites, social media activity, adverts and print.
- To monitor and replying to online enquiries, including bookings for events and requests for information.
- To create online surveys on SurveyMonkey or Google Forms and engage in market research, when required.
- To deal with external companies over the supply of various services and products including our web development, digital advertising, print, design and merchandise.
- To help with the organisation of events on and off site to promote the company, attending where required.

**Knowledge**
- In-depth knowledge of current digital trends
- Experience in digital marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in photo and video editing software
- Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research
- Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
- Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data

**Skills**
- Strong verbal communication skills for articulating ideas to colleagues and clients
- Excellent written communication skills for producing high quality content
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to work independently and flexibly
- The capacity to prioritise and work across multiple projects
- The ability to work as part of a team
