Senior Business Development Manager – Airports & Airlines
We are recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing SaaS company that provides cutting-edge software solutions to clients across the EMEA region. With a strong focus on the Airports and Airlines sector, they are looking to expand their reach and market share by onboarding a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth in new business sales.
This role is ideal for an ambitious and experienced sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about closing deals with major industry players in the travel space.
Position: Senior Business Development Manager
Location: Remote (with some travel across EMEA)
Salary: Competitive base salary + OTE and benefits
Role and Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify, target, and engage new business opportunities within the Airports and Airlines industry across the EMEA region, focusing on SaaS solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Sales Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to ensure the achievement of revenue targets and business growth.
Client Relationships: Build strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers in the industry, maintaining a customer-centric approach that adds value to clients' business challenges.
Industry Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of the Airports and Airlines sectors to tailor SaaS solutions that meet client needs and create a competitive advantage.
Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, while maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and reporting regularly on progress.
Key Qualifications:
Sales Expertise: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business development or sales within the Airports and Airlines sectors, with a proven track record of selling SaaS solutions.
Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Airports and Airlines industries across EMEA, including the key challenges and opportunities in these sectors.
Remote Working: Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting, while being flexible and willing to travel across the EMEA region as required.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with C-suite stakeholders and influence decision-making processes.
