Along with general duties, such as dealing with all incoming calls from customers, brokers, agents, solicitors and third parties ensuring that data protection and guidelines are followed.Handle confidential and important documentation, deal with all administrative correspondence, ad-hoc duties and deliver strong customer service.Therefore, your responsibilities will include great communication, ensure all processes run at full capacity to meet deadlines and consistently in line with processes to ensure high operational standards and provide regular feedback. You will be accepted to work collectively within a team to achieve best practice by offering solutions to any hurdles or issues.What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in securing this position, you should have excellent attention to detail, as all data received must be calculated correctly, therefore, a good track record of working to tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities is important. You must be a Team player - self-motivated, with a "can-do" attitude, diligent and resilient. As well as tactfully and professionally overcoming objections, along with a basic knowledge of IT systems with a pass level in both Maths and English GCSE.What you'll get in returnIn return, you will be paid a competitive annual salary up to £24,500 depending on experience and will be joining a successful growing business during an exciting period.Along with 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, along with Annual discretionary bonus, Income Protection, Company pension, Employee Discount Scheme, Healthcare Cashplan, Life Cover and Training and development with the business.
