LWS Services are proud to be the chosen recruitment partner of an award-winning soft furnishings recycling business, due to expansion this rapidly expanding business is offering this fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Business Administration trainee to join their friendly office team.

**Main duties will include**:

- Accurately record and track all enquiries on company systems.
- Administration of Transport booking diaries
- Record the deliveries in and out of the sites.
- Reconciling and processing Transport purchase orders
- Handling calls from hauliers and customers - providing updates about deliveries and collections
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Maintain updated records of Diaries, spreadsheets and reports.
- Receiving Customer requests and bookings
- Other duties necessary to meet the apprenticeship standard.

On successful completion a Level 3 Business Administration qualification will be gained (taking approx. 15-18months)

**Skills Required**:

- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong level of numeracy and literacy skills
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly.

**Personal Qualities**:

- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn.

**Working Hours**:Monday to Friday with allotted onsite training time. 8am - 4.30pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: £14,500.00-£16,000.00 per year
