Responsibilities of HR Administrator:

- Assisting in the recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process.
- Helping with payroll procedures.
- Maintaining employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
- Supporting the management of internal HR systems and databases.
- Assisting in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback.
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Providing counselling on policies and procedures.
- Acting as a point of contact for employees regarding HR matters.

**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful HR Administrator should have:

- A background in Human Resources or related field.
- Working knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
